Scott became an Instructor for the State of Florida in 1995 in several areas to include K9 trainer and Fi****ms trainer. Since that time Scott has continued his education certifying as a long gun, pistol and shotgun trainer also becoming a NRA Instructor. Scott is retiring in 2016 after 34 years as a Law Enforcement Officer and is now training the general public in fi****ms safety and concealed weapons certification. Scott trains small groups specializing in novice gun handlers, and first time shooters. Scott’s classes center on safety which is the basis for any and all fi****ms handling. Never losing sight that going home to your family at the end of the day is the goal of any class involving fi****ms and defensive tactics.
