I specialize in small batch orders to help enhance and sweeten your everyday life! After unexpectedly losing my job in 2011, I decided to parlay my love of baking into a little side venture! I admit it, I love through food! If you love treats and don't have (or want to take!) the time make them, then I'm your girl! Please contact me with any questions, ideas, requests and/or pricing!

I haven't shared anything since way back in May when I was doing the graduation scene! I never shared my last graduation batch due to a lot going on behind the scenes. The week I was doing graduation orders, my dad went into hospice. The first week of June he passed away.

I never posted those cookies because my heart was just so terribly broken. My dad was always the first to comment on my cookies, declaring them all "Yummmmskies!" For whatever reason, I just couldn't do it, knowing his support would be absent.

I got my love of baking and cooking from my dad. He was always in the kitchen whipping up favorites or trying new things. He was a huge supporter and cheerleader in this little personal endeavor. I haven't baked much since he passed.

Every Christmas I normally make a large variety of cookies and pack them up in boxes for neighbors and friends. Each year I make a signature sugar cookie, such as Snoopy or a scrollwork tree, as well as a leg lamp (because our house has a leg lamp!) Christmas was my dad's favorite holiday and as we navigated this first season without him, the thought of baking was not exciting but seemed exhausting.

Then, one of my BFFs sent me a picture of a cookie that she said made her think of me and my dad. A simple tree with a little cardinal on a branch. Her gentle kindness simply inspired me! I decided to dig in and keep the tradition alive! (And the whole baking day, a cardinal kept visiting me through the kitchen window!) I know my dad was there, cheering me on an supporting me as he always had.

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Happy Kwanza, Happy Solstice, Happy Festivus, Happy New Year... Whatever it is you celebrate that brings you light and happiness! Season's Greetings and may you slow down and treasure the small moments with the ones you love.

I know we've officially entered the holiday season - but this year there's a family celebrating a little extra! A new baby on the way! And bless this mama's friends for throwing a baby shower on one of the precious few December weekends! That's a lot of love, y'all!

The theme of this celebration was Winnie the Pooh, probably because a little hunny is going to sweeten up the world soon! 💗

I've never done Pooh Bear, so I was a little nervous. You want to do right by the classic characters! I was also given a color palette of beautiful muted tones, so the color choices were very specific and they really came together!

I hope Mommy-to-be and company had a blast celebrating the sweet hunny set to come in 2024!

Well, tomorrow is June 1st, the opening of Pride month, so I had to share a special surprise I made for a little friend of mine! Just a little sweet something to let them know how much I love them!

Even if you don't partake in any Pride celebrations, you can't not enjoy such fun, pretty, and yummy cookies! I mean, hey, I don't have to celebrate Hanukkah to appreciate some killer latkes! 😋

It's never going to be a bad idea to throw around some positivity, give from your heart, and share some love and joy!
