Cooling System Inspection
Tested coolant condition and found the coolant had become degraded and acidic, resulting in elevated electrolysis (stray voltage) within the cooling system. Excessive electrolysis can contribute to premature deterioration of cooling system components, sensor malfunctions, and electrical-related issues. Recommended servicing the cooling system with a complete coolant flush and refill using the manufacturer-specified coolant to restore proper corrosion protection and electrical balance within the system.

Rear Main Seal Replacement – Cummins Diesel
Diagnosed engine oil leak originating from the rear main seal. Removed necessary components to gain access, replaced the rear main seal, and inspected sealing surfaces for wear or damage. Reassembled all components to factory specifications, verified proper installation, and checked for leaks following repair. Engine is operating properly with no leaks present at this time.
