Our Vintage Creek project is coming along rather nicely. Bryan Frenchak, the Developer of the project loves football.....especially the Steelers. He installed a GIANT screen TV at the end of the main drive in the Park. On Sundays, they throw a big football watching party out there and serve up food and tasty beverages. Come on out if you want to check out a neat little development just about a minute south of the Woodlands. The address is 23931 Gosling Road, Spring, Texas 77389. It has easy access from the Grand Parkway. The property will end up with a large restaurant with plenty of outdoor balcony space. The rest of the buildings being planned for on the site are for sale or lease. They can be divided into condo style space or you can take the whole building. They would make nice retail or office space. We designed the project around the old Texas main street style you see in the little towns around the state.
