Four feral cats were spayed and neutered this week—3 females and 1 male! 🎉

That means four cats who will no longer contribute to the cycle of overpopulation in a colony that has been growing for far too long. Every cat we fix makes a difference, and these four surgeries will prevent countless kittens from being born into a life of disease, hunger, and hardship.

We still have many more cats to trap and sterilize, but this is a huge step in the right direction. TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is one of the most effective and humane ways to reduce suffering and control feral cat populations.

Because these cats are not adoptable and will be returned to their colony, there are no adoption fees to help offset the costs. If TNR is important to you and you'd like to help us continue this work, please consider making a donation.

I’ll also be making another post about some kittens from this colony that still have a chance at rescue and a different future. Without intervention, they will end up being TNR’d and likely won't make it to adulthood.
