Review and answer sales / customer service leads for auto service and parts.
File invoices/receipts, order parts.
Provide estimates on parts & labor. Occasionally deliver parts. Order Lunches for employees. Will train. Bi-lingual a plus. Computer and or automotive / sales experiences also a plus. Must be reliable and drama free.

You will be assigned a list of various tasks ranging from greeting new customers, following up, emailing previous customers or prospects to managing our office and running errands for our Managing Director / VP.
