2026 research from the FIDO Alliance shows that 90% of users are aware of passkeys and 75% of them have enabled passkeys on at least one of their accounts.
No auth method is a silver bullet. But passkeys have been in the field for long enough for us to know they are faster, safer, and better than many traditional methods.
