First Zone Meeting tonight at Denny's Restaurant in Gainesville, GA with the Forsyth-Cu***ng Club hosting. We had 21 in attendance representing 5 of the 10 clubs. We have a great zone that is very active reaching a lot of kids!

We met with the Forsyth-Cu***ng Optimist Club at their Board Meeting Thursday morning. Lots of exciting events scheduled for the year starting with a Track & Field event this Sunday afternoon at Central High School Track Field. They are partnering with the Forsyth County Parks and Rec Department with their Track Meet for Kindergarten through 5th graders starting with registration at 12:30 pm.
The new Optimist Year has begun! Harold and Joyce Mullins are the Lt. Governors for Zone 3 this year. We are excited to work with 10 great clubs this year and desire to be there and help each club as they need us. We have met with two of the clubs already and contacted all the presidents to set up appointments to visit them. Next week is going to be really busy! Pray for us as we lead this great zone this year!
