We had the privilege of hearing from keynote speaker Laila Ali, whose story of determination, discipline, and resilience was truly inspiring.

A champion both in and out of the ring, Laila finished her professional boxing career with an undefeated record of 24-0, including an impressive 21 knockouts. Her message about embracing challenges, believing in yourself, and never settling for less resonated with everyone in the room.

Thank you, Laila, for reminding us that success isn’t just about talent, it’s about hard work, perseverance, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Day 2 is off to a strong start at the CAI Annual Conference & Expo! We had the opportunity to hear from Dawn Bauman as she shared the vision and future of CAI.

We’re energized by the direction of the organization and the ongoing efforts to advance our industry through modernization, technology, chapter excellence, operational innovation, elevated professional standards, and strengthening the image of community associations.

Exciting things are ahead, and we’re proud to be part of the journey.
