Keying Technicians re-key residential and commercial door locks, which is similar to an assembly process and part of our Warehouse team. Ideal candidate is a driven producer and able to meet production goals. Position requires constant use of hands (manipulating small pieces) and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs is required.

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
Salary based on experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide customer service to all customers. This includes but is not limited to: Answering and managing incoming calls, taking orders over the telephone, processing orders through Great Plains software, processing returns, offering product information to customers, handling customer concerns, quoting customer projects, researching and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, processing requests for samples, displays and literature.

This is a high volume call position but does not require you to cold call. You would be servicing existing accounts and processing orders by phone! No sales experience needed - just great Customer Service skills!

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
