TITLE: Energetics 102: Using Energy by breath and movement
DESCRIPTION: Beyond mind, supernatural alignment, or identifying and projecting thoughtforms, how do we draw and move energy in the body? We can paint, draw and move astral/spirit/chi/prana through our body via energetic memory, breath, movement, and awareness. We will cover how we can channel spirit through our bodies utilizing concepts in energetic hygiene and a brief overview of meditation, Breath is used for energy work. Movements such as tai chi, chi gong and kriyas augment many spiritual and magical practices. Foundational integrated practices will be covered. Personal discovery to take this further is always encouraged.This is an energetic workshop. Wearing comfortable clothes is suggested. Wells of natural energy will be evoked as opposed to drawing on urban energies.

How is reality pushing us to rise to a new level of human life?

Everything that is happening in the world today is following a plan of evolution that comes from nature itself. We encounter increasing global interdependence as parts of a single, integral system. Increasingly, we see that it is better for us to upgrade our relationships from egoistic to altruistic. Mutual responsibility around the globe is necessary, so we can become the best version of ourselves.

We must figure out how to live together harmoniously on our planet in a way that works for everyone. Nature shows us myriad different elements that are harmoniously united into one mechanism. Different cells are doing opposite functions, and yet they are also connecting these opposite qualities in ways that contribute to the greater whole.

We need to find that balance where each of us can make our own contribution to the system and yet merge with everyone else. It is like this very delicate dance that we have to find. Our positive and negative connections with each other clearly define and show us the well-being of our society and the work we are obliged to do, to weave our fragments into a harmonious super-organism that works for all of us.

The "WE must" and WE need" paragraphs, are assertions to do better, and find a way. Acknowledgement that there is much work to be done.

Evolution is an inescapable force of life. Evolution can be for a more advanced lifeform, or less advanced lifeform or divergent lifeform.

Interdependence, responsibility and altruism is the hallmark of what mankind has as a tribe to survive as humans. It is co-opted, abused and misaligned, by those in power who forget what leadership and communal living means. Instead these qualities are aligned by a manager to extract labor, wealth, food and material goods to their benefit versus that of all beings in that tribal environment (including nature in all aspects).

The echo chamber of individuals enlightened to see truths of themselves and nature of man is as blind as the echo chamber of society plodding along. Maya, the zeitgeist of people living on information evolved for the fitness of use, or survival locks people and societies into patterns. People are imprinted by the societies they live in, by patterns that reinforce the same old patterns.

Evolution and divergence usually comes from small groups in specific environmental conditions. Humans live in large groups, while evolution is unlikely, and species conservatism exists in its ugliest forms of all kinds of bigotry there is evolution. Echo chambers, societal isolation, and jingoistic clan type of self isolation, reinforces the methods in which people cannot get beyond the dynamics of the world they live in. True individual can change their individual circumstances, and are part of small groups that reinforce that belief. (Spiritual groups with their spiritual egos, for example). Many revert to variations of the societal patterns repackaged thinking it is different. Unfortunately it too is an isolating mechanism when it mirrors society as a whole but for a niche group surviving.
Spiritual evolution can get stuck, especially for individuals or groups whose environments change little (i.e. traditions).

Evolution exists even in this milieu. Neurotypical people are of two kinds, the elites, and the drones. The brains are getting smaller, the amygdalas are smaller, empathy is driven to non-existence, and behaviors are fitted to their micro-environments that they mutually craft society in the same pattern for the past 5 millenia. The individuals that create technical and scientific innovation are in their own micro-environments treated like the drones of society, controlled and managed more deftly than livestock. Society appears to change and advance, but the cultural and technical innovation is just the decoration. The Brilliant and neuro-divergent, are confined into their sub-section of society and are breeding together, as are the elites and drones, separately. Empathic, intelligent, less pruned neurons, higher computing capabilities, larger amygdalas for the neurodivergent. They are also isolated with people with immunological compromised people, and other people of divergent health issues. This creates a host of support and social problems when integrating with society while many are found to be extremely valuable to that society.

There are three points of divergence. The human need to survive by labor diversification has been co-opted and strained that there are social microenvironments within the larger society. So far, these three groups that overlap and along with movements in society vie for supremacy. This has been going on effectively for, maybe, 500 years. The elites are effectively parasites, and the drones whoes mindsets are shaped by th eenvironment are not much different. The social mobility between the two seem to have the same skill sets to adapt to the individual microenvironments. They are basically the same. They are de-evolving, killing themselves enough where those who haven't survive and the cycle begins all over again. Sometimes they take down the intellectuals or the neurodivergents, some times they preserve them.

What we are missing is tribes. Not the perjorative tribalism term for jingoism and chauvinistic bigotry. Tribes where leaders are cultivated from childhood, who learn to love and understand all members to help them survive together. This creates a culture of togetherness versus that of isolation. Western civilization kills the heads of tribes that has skills of uniting people in species dimorphism, and then enslaves and isolates the rest. Separating the managers as elites and the rest as drones. Drones, i.e. serfs, slaves, laborers, who like the elites, do not have time to think or expend effort to grow beyond the environment presented to them for survival. The Elites have everything and don't need anything except to maintain the status quo. There is no impetus to evolve for either.

The neurodivergents were celebrated often used to help in commerce, diplomacy and sharing of information between tribes. And breeding outward and upward, integrated into tribes. This stopped with warfare and resource stealing and creating city states co-opting tribes into work forces.

In Evolutionary timing, which is slow, and species conservatism creates a lull in evolution, comes and goes. We need to start back at tribes and evolve the social structure from there. Then perhaps human evolution and its dimorphism will make us more integrated as one species or two remains to be seen. Humans are social animals, and our social intelligence has been stunted. Address this first and perhaps human evolution will follow. All the technologies, media, and communication tools only blind us to the types of isolation and ersatz relationship we do have.

Spiritual evolution, seeing things for what they are is the first step. Seeing why they are is the next. Being one with the all in whatever spiritual process you choose is great. It does not change the underlying strata that define even the spiritual allegories or metaphors that we use.

What is the nature of Water Spirits relationship with humans?

In our plane of existence, the spirits of a paranormal kind in nature are reflections of the energy and personality of people relating to the elements and energy of place and season.

Mankind can be marked by the proximity of 2 elements. First is fire. Without fire mankind wouldn’t be what it is. Second, and maybe foremost water. Even today 95% of mankind lives within 100–200 miles of the ocean and closer to rivers and lakes further inland. Fire and water, their behavior influences or is part of the overworld and underworld. The spirits that has a foot in the supernatural plains seem to relate to water and fire primarily, air and earth more rarely and usually overworld and underworld respectively. But not necessarily always. Human beings have underworld and overworld affinities. Whether these spirits are reflections of human nature, and or they exist in other planes as their own beings, in my opinion and observation, they each exist.

Human beings and their predecessors, in some scientific theories, are nearly devoid of hair like many other aquatic mammals.

Our fascination and projection tend to influence nature and the spiritual layers of reality.
