FatAss Cheesecakes

Fa**ss Cheesecakes cranking out a new flavor. Holiday special or permanent placement on the menu? Chocolate crust with a Peppermint cheesecake with peppermint bark mixed in. Topped with a layer of white chocolate ganache and finished with my whipped frosting and decorated with peppermint bark candies.

Full creation mode this weekend! Having fun in the kitchen tonight. A twist on my red velvet cheesecake. This version is a layer of traditional red velvet cake, followed by a layer of my traditional cheesecake, topped with a layer of cream cheese icing and then topped with a whipped frosting. The kid tore into it before I could clean it and decorate it. Not the prettiest decorations I’ve done, but man this thing is GOOD!!!

Successful taste test. The carrot cake cheesecake is officially on the menu and available for purchase.
