It was so great to see so many prospective students interested in the program! Dr. Parsons and a couple of us ES Ambassadors had a very successful open house this morning, and hope to have inspired a lot of people to major in Environmental Science.

Let us invade your feed real quick to share some amazing invasive plant removal done by some of our ES students! Yesterday afternoon, our ES students paired up with MountainTrue to clear out invasive plants along the Jackson Co. Greenway!

Last Monday, Dr. Parsons’ ES 495 senior seminar took to the field at the EBCI’s potential tannery and meat processing site. Students measured both water quality and soil infiltration on their mission of helping the tribe progress as sustainably as possible
