Watching chicks hatch for the first time through a child’s eyes never gets old. The other two more experienced kids with big imaginations are out “building a nest” in the chicken coop for the new arrivals. 🥰

Chicks are starting to pip… out of 42, 39 look viable. We are excited to meet these black copper maran, silkie, BBS ameraucana and olive egger babies soon!! (BCMs and backcrossed olive eggers in our other incubator also 3 days from hatch 🥰)
