SDA inspected process and can ship our products all over the world. Since 1955, Smith Farms has been the source in north Alabama for traditional Southern foods. We have perfected the art of curing pork and use only real hickory wood to smoke our ham, bacon, and sausage. Complete your meal by adding one of our delicious old-fashioned, stone-ground grain products (grits, porridge, biscuit/pancake, muffins, gravy, bread flour and cornmeal), as well as aged Wisconsin and Amish cheeses, pure honey, sorghum syrup, and a full line of jams, jellies, preserves and fruit butter.
