Happy 4th of July!!

Inside of flag cake

Hi Delighters!! I told you to stay tuned for more delights and guess what I have one!! Homemade ice cream sandwiches!!! I used two different types of cookies (sugar cookies and chocolate chip) and two kinds of ice cream (strawberry cheesecake and toffee crunch). I coated the sugar cookies with jimmies and the chocolate chip with turtle crunch sprinkles. These were super simple and I might even make a blog post showing how to make them. I hope you guys enjoy!!
