🏡 Another Beautiful Flooring Remodel Completed! 🏡

Another satisfied customer in Cambridge Estates – Munster, Indiana!

This project was a complete flooring remodel of approximately 1,300 square feet, and we’re proud of how it turned out.

Project Scope:
✔️ Removed all existing carpet throughout the unit.
✔️ Demolished and removed ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, and both bathrooms.
✔️ Performed complete dust-controlled mortar and adhesive removal using commercial dust extraction, grinders, and floor buffers.
✔️ Ground down high spots and applied self-leveling underlayment where needed to create a flat, solid substrate.
✔️ Installed LifeProof Premium 22-mil Luxury Vinyl Plank featuring a lifetime residential warranty and a 20-year commercial wear warranty.
✔️ Installed matching shoe molding throughout the home, including custom matching maple shoe molding around the existing kitchen cabinetry.
✔️ Thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the home throughout every phase of the project.

The only remaining items are the installation of the customer’s new modern comfort-height toilets once they arrive. We’ll return for those and then take final furnished photos of the completed condo.

A few final photos from this Merrillville project that we missed in last week’s update.

This project actually began after Home Depot discovered severe rot around the sliding door opening while preparing for a new patio door installation. In order to replace the rotted sill framing and rough opening studs, a portion of the existing deck had to be removed. Once demolition began, we found that the deck itself had extensive rot and deterioration, making a full rebuild the best long-term solution.

What started as a door framing repair turned into a complete structural restoration and deck rebuild. The finished result is a safe, solid structure that the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

Another exciting deck transformation is officially underway!

Our team has begun demolition on this large outdoor living space in Valparaiso, Indiana. While the existing deck has served these homeowners well for many years, it was time for a major upgrade to bring new life, beauty, and durability to their backyard.

This project will be receiving a complete makeover featuring:
