We’ve been using Verizon One Talk for our business phone system, and unfortunately, we haven’t been completely happy with it. We’re looking to switch and would love to hear what other businesses are using.

We’re looking for a system that:
✅ Lets us keep our current business phone number
✅ Rings on multiple cell devices when a call comes in
✅ Allows multiple team members to access voicemail
✅ Lets multiple people send and receive texts from the business number
✅ Allows multiple people to make outbound calls from the business line
✅ Makes transferring calls easy
✅ Most importantly, provides reliable call quality. Since we’re in the field inspecting homes all day, we understand calls may occasionally drop in remote areas, but ours are dropping daily, even in places with good service.

We’ve heard about QUO, but we’ve seen mixed reviews. Has anyone here used it? What did you think?

We’re also open to any other business phone systems or apps you’ve had a great experience with. We’d really appreciate your recommendations!
