Lake County faces new challenges that create a greater need than ever for the work we do every day. We’re excited to be hiring a Group Vice President at the Crossroads YMCA!
This leadership role supports multiple branches and specialty areas across our association, helping teams create welcoming experiences, strengthen community impact, and support day-to-day success. The Group Vice President works closely with staff and leadership to encourage growth, foster innovation, and help advance the YMCA’s mission. In this role, you’ll guide operations, support team development, help drive financial sustainability, and ensure members have a safe and positive experience across our programs and locations. If you’re passionate about leadership, collaboration, and making a difference in the community.
