Retaining wall failure (cross-ties) behind this fence cause major issues with this pool by allowing the soil under the pool deck to erode, which allowed the deck to sink.

We are waiting on the soils and engineering reports to come back to decide what the next phase will be for this remodel. Certainly they are gonna need a new wall and fence, but may not keep the pool.
