Spring Group Lessons began last week in locations across the state: Hartford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, New Haven, Danbury, Woodstock and Cromwell. Did you know that group lessons are 80 minutes long, taught by trained, SafeSport certified coaches, deliver a research-backed life skills curriculum and cost just $7- $10 per participant? We are able to subsidize the cost of our programs due to the incredible support of donors, corporations, sponsors and foundations. We’d like to thank the Connecticut Section PGA Golf Foundation for their grant in support of our 2026 Group Lessons/Life Experiences Program. First Tee - Connecticut has benefited from the generous support of our partners at the Connecticut Section PGA Golf Foundation since 2001! We share a mission to positively impact Connecticut youth by enabling access to the game of golf and are grateful for their continued commitment.

We had a terrific three days at the Connecticut Golf Show meeting with kids, families and community partners. Thank you to organizer Dick Stevens and his team, our volunteers including members from Univ. of Hartford Golf Teams plus everyone who stopped by our booth! Next up is our 2026 Summer Camp registration taking place on Tuesday April 7th, online only, at 9:00 a.m. Make sure to sign up at that time to increase your chances of securing your optimal week. Children are limited to signing up for one week only due to the demand to serve all interested youth.
