Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinician to join our rapidly growing, private practice. CT Psych Now has built a reputation that we provide excellent client care through convenience, accessibility, and client-centered treatment.

We offer currently offer TeleHealth at our practice. The first several weeks/months the candidate will be providing TeleHealth only services and then will transition to mainly office sessions with telehealth as an optional addition.

We are looking for Clinicians who have experience in the following areas: Family and Couples therapy, Adolescents, Substance Use and Trauma work. We have a large need, with a constant wait list and we are looking to expand our availability and expertise to reach our client’s needs. Administration takes care of insurance paneling, scheduling, and billing.

We have professional offices in Bristol and Cromwell, fully furnished with modern, comfortable therapy rooms and spacious waiting areas. We strive to offer our clients appointments without having a long wait time. We provide individual, family and couple’s counseling. We also partner closely with local medical offices and schools to provide our clients with the best care possible.

This an ideal position for someone seeking flexibility. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and a team player. Candidate must be licensed (LMFT, LPC, LP, LCSW). Ideally, our candidate would be able to work a minimum of 15 client hours per week. We require clinicians to choose two nights that they will work until 7 pm, the remaining hours are up to the clinician’s flexibility. Insurance panels are a plus, but not required.

Salary: W2 position, pays $45.00 to $50.00 /hour. Includes paid time off, selected federal holiday pay, CEU Stipend, no overhead costs.
