Restricted range of motion!? Not a problem… my client here ruptured her achilles TWO years ago and has been restricted ever since… massage alone helps to alleviate pain but there was just one thing missing… … this crazy looking tool wrks the magic that I needed and she was able to gain a lot of her ROM back! This is just one session… we have 3 more to go… adding some ice therapy during her session helped also! Take care of your body, and it will take care of you!! She is feeling better and walking even better. Check the time stamp, this is what I do this for! (Maybe 20 mins of 60 mins was used to work on my clients ankle)
