CNA Field Supervisor - $14-15.00/Hr
Who you are: A compassionate, hands-on CNA/Caregiver that takes the lead in providing the highest quality of In-Home care to patients and clients. Are you a health professional seeking a work/life balance and flexibility while ensuring respite, home chore, memory and personal care needs are met?
The Field Supervisor (CNA) will be a Home Care Leader delivering In-Home Care throughout St. Louis County! Certified Nurse Aide, Personal Care and Advanced Personal Care experience preferred.
What will be your responsibilities?
Conduct On-call, In-home care to clients (Respite, Memory and Personal care, home Chore and Special Needs services) throughout St. Louis County
Use Company-Paid cell phone to cover new patient/client care, Caregivers with emergency life-events, rotating weekends and administrative calls regarding staffing issues and changes
Administrative Duties:
Lead OJTs and Continuing Education of Caregivers
Complete supervisory evaluations with Caregivers
Managing PPE disbursement
Conduct random supervisory home visits to ensure Caregivers are providing quality, timely Care Plan services
