Snapping Turtle Farm

We seek farm crew team members on our organic vegetable and herb farm in Cranbury New Jersey for the 2026 season. These are seasonal full-time and part-time farm crew positions starting in May and ending in December with a consistent weekly weekday schedule. We are looking for individuals who can work as a team as well as independently. A good attitude and a willingness to learn are important. Tasks include but are not limited to transplanting, weeding, harvest, washing and packing. Must be willing to work outside all day 5 days a week in any weather. Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head required and must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must have transportation to and from work everyday, be on time, and stay for your entire shift. Farming experience is desired but not required. A genuine interest in farming and food is! Snapping Turtle Farm is a certified organic vegetable and herb farm located in Cranbury New Jersey. We grow over 80 different varieties of vegetables and herbs for sale at regional farmers markets and for delivery to local families.
