Unit 105 is an open studio with a private bathroom and a layout that is flexible for an office space, a studio, a small fitness area, or a meeting room that can seat 30. This unit is 800 square feet, $825 per month. Flexible 6-month and 1+ year lease agreements available.

Unit 102 is perfect for a photography studio, a small store or a great place to meet with clients. This unit is 265 square feet, $300 per month and newly remodeled. Flexible 6-month and 1+ year lease agreements available.

Unit 103 is a small, cozy office. It's great for someone needing a quite place to meet clients or get work done. This unit has been popular among work-from-home folks who have outgrown their home office and need a dedicated spot. This unit is 140 square feet, $200 per month.
