How has everyone's summer been? Ours has been very busy- full of little adventures and lots of planning for baby number 3, who will be here in about a month.

This summer, our go-to diaper choice for my 18 month old has been muslin flats and traditional wool covers. It's a bonus that the wool covers can just be adorable little shorts when we leave the house too.

What has been your go-to style of diaper this summer?

I did something new this week! I successfully replaced the elastics in an old Grovia diaper. I know many people already do this, but it's a first for me! Doesn't look as perfect as I would have liked, but it got the job done and feels strong.

It's so satisfying to me to take time to repair these things and get more use out of them. Have you ever replaced diaper elastics (or otherwise repaired a cloth diaper)? How did it turn out?
