Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women out there!!

It sounds a little silly at first, but it is a low-stress exercise you can do easily.

The ladies we've taught in classes often tell us they're surprised at what they've missed. Shed doors open. Side gates unlocked. Garage door that didn't quite close.
