It's the 43rd Annual Running of the Rats at Historic Covington Turners Friday, May 6th from 6pm - Midnight. It’s finally here, sports fans! The day you’ve been longing for for 364 days. And the event every Ludlow River Rat dreams of winning from the second it exits its mother’s womb. Because for a Ludlow River Rat, there’s nothing more glorious than sniffing out that cheese in record time, followed by mooning the Queen of England from the Winner’s Circle.
This year’s early favorite is #8, MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE SH*****SE who currently stands at 3-1, followed closely by #10, THE MASS HAS ENDED, GO ‘N’ P*E.
So c’mon down, watch hot Rats and enjoy a cold beer. Just remember to drink responsibly! Don’t worry about gambling responsibly because we’re kinda like Joel Osteen:

However, you can rest assured we won’t be spending it on a private jet. It’ll be going towards Turners’ legendary youth basketball program.
