π»Iβm guilty of ignoring my nails, but no longer! My recent habit of massaging lavender essential oil onto my nails at night has already caused the little βhalf moonsβ at the base of my nails to show! For years, they could be seen only on my thumbs.
Iβll be switching to lemon, rosemary or cypress for awhile to see if it improves the strength of my nails, which have become brittle.
If you have tried this, share below!

HaPpY NEW YEAR!
Many of us would like to erase 2020 from history, but I hope you that you have found positives throughout the year, even if it was simply recognizing things you didnβt like and discovered new ways to make life better moving forward.
For the past couple of years I have created Vision Boards at the start of each year. Have you tried it? I was hooked after nearly everything on my very first board was realized by the end of that year. I was astonished! Again, despite the pandemic and heartbreak that ensued, my hopes for 2020 were realized for the most part. Vision boards are now a family activity we all look forward to creating.
I snapped this photo of a portion of an email from Young Living Corporate today & encourage you to give this a try, even if you donβt create a full fledge vision board!
Best Wishes for a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous
New Year!

A highly regarded digestive stimulant.

Fragrant Influence: Purifying and stimulating to the conscious mind. Research indicates that peppermint aroma, inhaled during mental tasks, may help attention, performance, and focus (Barker, et al., 2003). Peppermint may also be an effective appetite suppressant when inhaled (Hirsch and Gomez, 1995). University of Kiel researchers found that peppermint lessened headache pain in a double-blind, placebocontrolled, cross-over study.
Application: Dilute 1 part essential oil with 2 parts V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or other pure vegetable oil; (1) apply 1-2 drops on location, abdomen, and/or temples; (2) apply on chakras and/or Vita Flex points; (3) inhale directly; (4) diffuse; or (5) take as a dietary supplement. To improve concentration, alertness, and memory, place 1-2 drops on the tongue. Inhale 5-10 times a day to curb appetite.
