Glier’s Goetta Stuffed Jalapeños
A perfect appetizer for game day, cookouts, or any gathering!
Ingredients
* 12 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
* 1 lb Glier’s Goetta, browned and crumbled
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* ¼ cup sour cream
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 370°F).
2. Brown the Glier’s Goetta in a skillet until fully cooked and crumbly. Let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, combine the browned Goetta, cream cheese, sour cream, and ½ cup of the shredded cheddar. Mix until well blended.
4. Spoon the mixture generously into each jalapeño half.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the tops.
Bake
* Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Air Fry
* Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden.
Tip: For less heat, remove all the seeds and white membrane before filling. Garnish with chopped green onions, crispy bacon bits, or a drizzle of hot honey for an extra flavor boost.
These are creamy, cheesy, slightly spicy, and packed with the savory flavor of Glier’s Goetta.
