With a background in public accounting and decades of experience in business technology, Russell brings deep expertise in accounting systems, software solutions, and client advisory services. After earning his CPA and co-founding DeRouen & Wells, CPAs, Russell acquired SYGNVS and continues to guide the company’s long-standing commitment to innovation, service, and client success.

Russell is also a certified MIP and Sage Consultant, bringing extensive expertise in financial and accounting software solutions to the organizations he serves.
