Host will ALWAYS get you the cheapest shipping made possible and guarantee all shipments with tracking once made available.
First to claim is first to get the item for which they claimed if person passes then it will go to the next that wanted it and used the proper claim word. This place is open around the clock for the most part however there are down times as most people... our host is allowed a day or so off for themselfs. If at any point you can not make contact with the host feel free to reach out to Admin
