Following the Negorni Sessions created by FORDS GIN on Side A we'll taste 4 different Negronis and side B we'll taste 4 different Boulevardiers. We'll be talking flavor profiles, education, and listen to this beautifully made record as we contemplate our palates.

We're combining our gin list with our beer program and bringing you an incredible pairing as we introduce Chimay Cent Cinquante to our beer list.

This Strong Blonde Ale rings in at 10% ABV and is brewed with Coriander, Nutmeg, Orange Citrus, and Cardamom and pairs wonderfully with Darnley's, Uncle Val's Zested, Packard Proof, and Tinkerman's Curiously Bright and Complex. We're offering this flight with the Chimay for $25 all weekend long and it'll come with a bit of seltzer for palate cleansing because this mashup can get intense.
