Where are my high achieving women at? We gotta talk for a sec (it's about your out of control hormones, s**tty sleep, and mental well-being- or lack thereof).

Those of us who identify as high achievers, go getters, doers... We go for the fckin gold, everytime.

Somehow, we find it more challenging to slow down (or god forbid, rest) than to push harder and do more.

But what's happening under the surface? Depletion.
Running on fumes masked with more coffee.
Numbing the merry-go-round of thoughts with (enter your choice of vice here).

This is a pattern that's PLAGUING women right now, especially entrepreneurs and executives...

Let me rewind for a sec and tell you about who I met last fall when she reached out to connect and hop on a networking call.

I was intrigued by one of her recent posts about how she cured herself of Lyme disease years ago and was excited to hear her story.

On the call, I quickly learned that she's the woman you go to when you've thrown the book at whatever physical symptoms you've been dealing with that western medicine can't help you with (honestly what are they actually good for, that's a story for another day).

It just so happened a family member, a woman who is a go go go, do do do kinda gal - had been struggling with anemia, low ferritin, autoimmune disease for years no with no end in sight. She even went the path of naturopathy, but to no avail.
