I don't often make cakes but when I do, I say I'm making something simple and then I make something I get emotionally attached to.
Surprised myself with throwing together a smash cake and an everyone else cake for a friend's son's first birthday this weekend. I didn't even have a plan to make these, it was a last minute idea two nights ago. If you know me, you know that this is my idea of "simple" and I can't do anything low key 😂

The cake topper was an idea I had floating around in my head and was able to make from things I already had in my craft stash.
I'm SO proud of throwing this together and all the little details I was able to get into this, from the two tone piping for the trees to the teeny little s'mores that no little camper can be without!
