Sokol was founded in the Czech Republic and brought to America in 1865 and has been providing physical fitness through gymnastics ever since. We believe in the motto "sound mind in a sound body", and reinforce this motto to our students and members through gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, social events and community service.
Due to the extreme cold weather and with the safety and health of our gymnasts and coaches as our top priority, all Sokol United classes are CANCELLED for Saturday, January 24, 2026.
We know everyone would much rather be flipping than freezing 🤸♀️❄️, but we want our athletes, families, and coaches to stay warm, safe, and indoors.
Bundle up and enjoy a cozy day inside, stay cozy, sip something warm ☕, and we’ll be back to flipping, flying, and tumbling together very soon! 🔥💪
