Refine Pilates

My natural instinct is to want to control...I simply can’t right now. I don’t have the mental energy and I know in my life that God is really guiding my course. All of ours!

A new normal might be upon us but I remain hopeful for the future to be even brighter and better. Slowing down has had its blessings and I am holding onto that, even with so much uncertainty ahead. I hope and pray that all of you can too.

I miss teaching, I miss the studio and I miss all of you. Continue to take care of your physical AND mental health. I look forward to seeing everyone when the time comes🥰
