Last month we hosted our very first Family Cooking workshop and it was wonderful! 🍲

🧘🏽‍♀️Francisca Lizotte of immersed our participants into a compassionate hands-on food preparation adventure culminating in a delicious farm-to-table cuisine that had even our youngest participant enjoying a fresh herb salad and a creamy Miso Beans with Cabbage main dish! Francisca teaches yoga, leads nature hikes and is a friend of the earth. Follow her and enjoy her other engaging offerings, too!

🥬 As it was a little early in the season for our VF market garden, we were graced with a vibrant fresh produce box from of Bodega. Check them out! They’re a biodynamic farm and they host family friendly camp-outs and field trips at their serene 80acres near the coast.
