We are the Orange County Model Engineers, a 501c3 non-profit that owns and operates the Goathill Junction Railroad in Costa Mesa’s Fairview Park. We are an all-volunteer organization that gives free rides to the public every 3rd weekend of the month from 10am-3:30pm, weather permitting.
