An Australian diver has died following a guided recreational dive at Tulamben in Bali. Authorities say the diver became distressed underwater and made a rapid ascent.

- Certified to industry standards
- Certified for an appropriate gas mix…pre-mix nitrox or cleaned for 02 partial pressure mixes
- The month and year of inspection
- NO reference to ‘expiration’ date
