Attention Volunteers! And anyone wanting to help out this weekend! TABPHE~Corpus Christi announced some location changes for the 2026 Juneteenth Festival. Please see below!

The Voluntexas team will be onsite to help you fill a meaningful volunteer roles during these timeframes:

Friday, Western Dance at the Omni Bayview Room, First floor
Volunteers can arrive between 4-6PM
Event Time: 6PM - 10PM

Saturday, Juneteenth Festival Celebration
Location: Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, University Center - Anchor Room
Volunteers can arrive as early as 9AM
Event Time: 4PM - 10PM

Sunday, Juneteenth Festival Celebration
Location: Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, University Center - Anchor Room
Volunteers can arrive at 3PM
Event Time: 4PM - 8PM

Families will have access to free resources, services, health support, and family-friendly activities designed to help students start the school year strong.

🐾 Volunteers Desperately Needed!
We're looking for some able bodied adults to volunteer in our Thrift Shop on an ongoing basis. Perfect for active adults and college students!
We currently have a number of
weekly volunteer positions available:

✨ Tuesdays & Wednesdays
✨ Thursdays — most need!
Assist with sorting donations and keeping items organized.

🕙 Hours: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
📍 10675 Shaenfield Rd.

Volunteering at the shop is a fun and rewarding way to make new friends, stay active, and directly help animals in need through the work we do every day.
