It's great to see current research discussing the use of a non-surgical option to reduce the impact of soft tissue on airway and create space for the tongue to rest in the palate. This study explores the improvement in sleep measures for children, but enlarged soft tissue can also have adverse impact on the muscles that support appropriate craniofacial development, speech and feeding.
