Which leads us to the question, how do we keep our skin from producing excess oil?
🪄 On a surface level we want to keep our skin exfoliated and moisturized. You can apply moisture but if there is too much dead skin the product will not pe*****te which is why exfoliation is just as important.
🪄 Keeping your skin hydrated reduces the amount of oil your skin will produce.
🪄 On an internal level the obvious is making sure to stay hydrated with enough water. You may also need to add fatty acids to your diet. Being low on fatty acids can lead to dry scaly skin that we don’t want any parts of. Think plump hydrated skin. ✨
