Hello peops, it’s almost summer☀️! And with it comes time for me to address my “absence”.
I did (and do) still open my Instagram from time to time, but I decided to step back on posting for many reasons.

We had a major flood in my home 2 days before we were to welcome in 2021. Two floors of my house ruined and a 6 month major renovation of my home, everything packed in pods. Right after that, we lost our beautiful fur baby 💔Cooper who was just weeks away from his 11th birthday. A family member had some very scary health issues at the same time, and we’re still dealing with some of those now. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Everyday I had to juggle who was coming to the house to do what/when. I lived in one upstairs bedroom. I had to board my 3 dogs away for over a month once they started with the main floor.

My energy therapy business had just been moved into my finished basement as the pandemic started, so that had been on halt…and then the flood that took out so much of my healing items (all my training certificates, singing bowls rusted, mallets soaked & unusable…and many other things) that have made it impossible for me to facilitate sessions in person. My basement still looks like we just moved in😆!

However I do know everything happens for a reason, and I’m sure things will unfold as they should. I know the universe has a far greater plan than my own, and so I release my expectations of what I thought that was going to be and look towards what may be possible in the future. As of now I’ll be using my page for more personal reasons since I cannot do my energy therapy sessions in person. Those wishing to get distance sessions can contact me, however even in that I am still limited, as some of my tools were destroyed and/or buried in boxes.
