I gotta say... I’m pretty F # proud of myself! I hadn’t deadlifted in quite a bit. Yet, I was able to actually beat my original PR of 315lbs and I was able to hit 334lbs 💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🦾🦾🦾.
