☀️ Announcement ☀️
Sol Table is going through a bit of an evolution, but it is not going away.
Over the last year or so, my life has changed quite a bit. A new home, a new city, marriage, a different pace of living, and honestly just a lot of praying about what feels life-giving and where I feel the Lord leading me in this season. Little by little, I’ve felt Him drawing me toward a slower, more intentional life with more wellness, more faith, more connection, and more room to simply be present.
While I’ll still offer food here and there, I’m stepping away from regular meal prep for the most part.
As Sol Table continues to evolve, you’ll likely see more:
• Herbal wellness offerings
• Tea blends, broth, elderberry syrup, and granola
• Workshops, classes, and smaller gatherings
• Shared meals around my own table
• Collaborations with other small businesses
• Christ-centered spaces for women to gather, connect, and be encouraged
God truly blessed Sol Table (or Dancing Oaks Acre, as some of you first knew it) through the years, and I’ll always be grateful for every person who supported this little business and cheered me on through so many seasons of life.
The heart behind Sol Table has always been nourishment, and that part isn’t going away

Ginger Citrus Tonic
This is a batch I just made to keep in the fridge this week and take a spoonful of each morning.
Fresh ginger, whole lemon with a bit of peel, turmeric, coarse black pepper, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, and a little water to blend.
Why each ingredient is here:
•Ginger – supports digestion, reduces nausea and bloating, and has strong anti-inflammatory properties
• Turmeric + black pepper – turmeric supports inflammation response, and black pepper increases its absorption
• Lemon (with peel) – provides vitamin C and concentrated plant compounds in the peel that support liver function and natural detox pathways
• Apple cider vinegar – supports stomach acid and overall digestion, especially when taken in the morning
• Cinnamon – helps support blood sugar balance and adds a warming effect
• Chia seeds – provide soluble fiber for gut health, help regulate blood sugar, and create a light gel for easy daily use
Letting it rest overnight allows everything to come together and the chia to thicken slightly.
A simple, concentrated way to support digestion, inflammation, and daily detox pathways.
