Because of this, we established a ranking system beginning with Rookie membership, then advancing to Intern membership, to Intern Trainers and Officers. Currently we are working on 3 cars, each being run by groups of members separated by levels; Electrathon (Beginner), Outlaw I (Intermediate), and Outlaw III (Advanced). Not only does this team teach students about engineering and using renewable energy in transportation, but it also facilitates interpersonal and intrapersonal skills that can be applied throughout life. Our team is our family and we look out for each other and help each other grow and learn from our mistakes in a fun, safe, enriching, and educational environment.
