Celebrate safely Thunderbolts!!

Dear Thunderbolt Families,

It is with great excitement and humility that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Elolf STEAM Academy. I am deeply honored to step into this leadership role and join a community so widely recognized for its dedicated staff, supportive families, and wonderful students.

As an educator, my core belief is that every child can thrive when supported by a strong partnership between home and school. My primary goal this year is to build upon the excellent traditions already established here while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment for all.

I am beginning my 25th year in education, the last 4 years serving as Principal at Kirby STEM Academy. These experiences taught me that a great school is built on collaboration, transparent communication, and keeping the best interests of the students at the center of every decision.

On a personal note, I am married to a teacher, and we have a 10-year-old daughter. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising children today, and I bring that empathy to my leadership every day.

In the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting you all. I will be hosting a “Popsicles with the Principal” on July 14th from 6:00-7:30 pm where we can connect face-to-face. Please know that I welcome your insights, questions, and partnerships.
