The April Chicktime Workshop included a fun time learning how to cook chicken fried rice. Thank you Chef Amanda Way and Jenny Ramirez for volunteering your time and cooking a dish filled with love.

On Saturday, the MiNT Program moms learned all about cuts, bleeds, and burns, how to assess, how to dress, and when to get additional help. Vivian provided some great safety pointers for the moms and they were able to practice the safety tips on one another and the Chicktime leaders. Each participant received their own first aid kit for their room. We had so much fun at the workshop!

Afterwards, participants were able to decorate snacks (pretzel stick, thermometers, marshmallow cotton balls, Band-Aids, medicine cups, and chocolate kisses for all the boo-boos.

Our February Chicktime Workshop was led by Shelby, Maria and Morgan who are third year Doctorate of Physical Therapy students at UT Health San Antonio. The residents at the MINT Cottage enjoyed making bracelets and learning about physical therapy and its benefits for both children and adults. Thank you ladies for a great workshop! We love your willingness to give graciously of your time!

Thank you so much Letty from Chicktime San Antonio for leading our January workshop! The girls loved learning the power of words and manifesting their thoughts for a positive new year. Moms and little ones loved being creative with journals, stickers, and papers to express themselves. ❤️

Thank you for leading workshops in 2025, for already signing up to lead more in 2026, for donating to help us purchase gifts for the young moms and their children, and for faithfully praying for our chapter and our mission—to love, show up, and give hope.
We were honored to attend the Boysville Christmas pageant on your behalf. It was so sweet and beautiful. Afterward, we went to the MinT cottage to enjoy fellowship with the moms and children and to watch them open their presents. What a joyful afternoon!

We can’t wait to see YOU in 2026 and all the wonderful things God has planned for our chapter and for our time serving Him at Boysville.
